How does the time fly by so fast? I remember being so over being pregnant with you, and now that seems like it was forever ago. The second you were placed into my arms, I felt a love that I didn’t know I was capable of feeling. I remember those first few days of getting to know you. They were the hardest yet most rewarding days of my entire life.
We prayed for your health and safety, and God blessed us exponentially. Your daddy and I were over the moon, and we still are. You are such a tender hearted, sweet boy. You are our world and we want what is best for you.
You are growing like crazy, talking like I never thought I would hear you talk, and learning so much about the world around you. You don’t miss anything. You are so smart and kind and loving to Kenley, and I know your bond with her is something special. You are determined and driven, and although those qualities drive me crazy sometimes, I know one day they will pay off. I forsee you taking up farming and flying, because you love those things already. You like to know exactly how things work, and you are smarter than we give you credit for.
You constantly amaze me as you grow daily. You are so much like your dad, it makes me do double takes sometimes! We are so proud of the sweet boy you are becoming, and we can’t believe you have been ours for 4 years already.
Happy birthday, sweet boy. We love you so, so very much.
